We operate in the role of advisors for the resolution of corporate crises, both supporting individual companies and corporate groups.
We work side by side with companies in identifying the most appropriate legal instruments to use in managing corporate crises on the basis of preliminary assessments of the level and type of indebtedness.
We review all preliminary matters for access to the agreement with creditors including the possibility to sell individual assets or business areas, splitting creditors into classes and the attainment of corporate leases.
We are able to function as financial advisors in preparing agreements with creditor plans working side by side with the company in the preparation of the petition and in full respect of the orders issued by the Court.
In the event a settlement with creditors is reached, we assist companies in understanding the legal, economic and financial ramifications of the settlement and provide assistance in dealing with the authorities involved in the procedure and in the comparative assessments in the case of liquidation of individual assets and/or corporate branches.
